Step 1: A marble slab first moves in a machine through a robot.

 

Step 2: Net fibre fixing further takes place in the machine. The ready fibre slab is then taken out through the robot.

 

Step 3: The slab is kept for 48 to 50 hours for the wet surface to heal.

 

Step 4: These ready slabs are then arranged in the Techforte tank frame.

 

Step 5: The frames are dipped with slabs in the Techorte tank.

 

Step 6: These slabs are then placed inside the Techforte tank for 24 to 30 hours. It can vary depending on the nature of the material.

 

Step 7: The next step is the withdrawal of these dipped slabs from the Techforte Tank.

 

Step 8: These slabs are then placed at normal temperature for 48 to 50 hours, allowing the wet surface of the slabs to be cured.

 

Step 9: Top surface filling of the slabs is done.

 

Step 10: The robot takes out these slabs.

 

Step 11: These slabs are placed at a normal temperature for 24 hours and are then polished.

 

Step 12: Polishing quality checks then happen with the meter. It must show the highest value for approval.

 

Step 13: These slabs only show the marble strength after 30-40 days in natural cure. It varies as per the nature of the material.

 

Step 14: Marmo sealer and shiner application take place next on these slabs.

 

Step 15: The effectiveness of the sealer and shiner is checked by putting water on these slabs.
